Oshirn-vaal the Conqueror

Oshron has a brutal sort of equality – you’re either a grunt in the army of the Conqueror, or you are chattel. If you are a grunt, you follow until Oshirn-vaal commands you to conquer in his name. All races are welcome in Oshron, provided they serve or are owned. The chain of command is somewhat simple – at the top sits the Conqueror, waging war against the weak among Gods and Men; below him are his six Evincars, the most powerful of all his soldiers and rulers of Greystone Keep; below each of them are six Commandants, leaders of the cohorts that make up the Conqueror’s army; each cohort contains six Horsemen that each command six Sergeants. These sergeants live and die by the twelve Grunts they have recruited from the city-state; the only way chattel can rise up is by volunteering to be one of these grunts, and that is no easy task. But it has given Oshirn-vaal the largest standing army of all Feror.
Aligned Settlments: None, though at any time Oshirn-Vaal’s armies may be occupying them before they are forced out by opposing forces.
